I have been working in a training environment for over 15 years running everything from legislation training to the soft skills programmes. I also have experience in managing a busy call centre and a bunch of trainers.

I have two children and seem to always be running from one PTA meeting to some other fund raising group and then checking my emails on the way. I have a varied work life, being involved in aviation security as well as working with iManage in their soft skills training programmes. This gives me a huge breath of experience by visiting many different types of companies and the great opportunity to meet new people, which I love. I like to think I can help them make a difference, I also love finding out about how they tick, I should have been a psychologist but always have trouble spelling it!
