I am a coach, mentor and trainer. I particularly enjoy working with people who are making transitions in their life, are looking to develop their skills, such as leadership, and their ability to make a difference, or who have a vision of how they would like their life to be and want to make it happen.
I’m a keen musician and play in several bands, mostly of the ‘world music’ variety. I’ve recently combined running African drumming workshops with 1-1 coaching.
Favourite quote: “I don’t want to tell you what to do, only to help you see more clearly”.
