I originally trained as an engineer before moving on to Health and Safety and then latterly training, development and coaching. I strongly believe you can achieve anything you put your mind to. I have a very practical and down-to-earth approach and I am never happier than when helping people to realise changes in their lives. I have a passion for improvement and am constantly looking for ways to not only develop myself but also to keep my work; up-to-date, varied and most importantly of all, fun. If you can't enjoy life then what's the point?!!
