I enjoy using my management experience from British Airways and the Prudential to bring meaning and context to the workshops that I design and deliver. I believe I strike the right balance between a confident, enthusiastic facilitating style and giving people enough room to think for themselves and develop their own solutions. Most of my work involves how people engage with others be it managing, influencing, selling and presenting. In the end I believe it’s important to develop people to achieve successful outcomes for the situations they face, regardless of the label that a training course might have.
