- Dislikes: Bad manners, especially people spitting in the street, the UK's obsession with football players, pitch black, anchovies, being late.
A very disappointed set of parents saw me leave my highly academic grammar school to become a nurse at Westminster Hospital - but a bad back after a 24 stone patient landed on me, caused me to rethink my career and there began my path towards the dazzling world of Human Resources.
The next 10 years were spent in Graduate Recruitment, HR and Training roles in mainly Retail environments and in 1998 I decided to join the world of Consulting and have never looked back.
What I love most about my job, is seeing people change and develop as they start to truly believe that they can make a difference all by just investing some time in themselves. That and having amazing amounts of laughter in the training room, so learning becomes an enjoyable experience - one people want to remember!!!
